The Jammu and Kashmir Police registered an FIR at the Budgam Police Station on Wednesday after a female officer alleged rape, mental harassment and continuous stalking by an officer of the Air Force Station in Srinagar. Section 376 (2) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) has also been invoked against the IAF officer.
