Heavy rainfall has caused severe waterlogging in several parts of Assam's Guwahati city on Sunday. Public life in the area remains severely affected due to consistent downpour and resultant waterlogging. The heavy rainfall has severely impacted Guwahati's Anil Nagar area in particular. IMD has issued a warning for Assam and Meghalaya from August 17-19.
