A five-year-old boy died in northeast Delhi after his throat was slit by a banned synthetic kite string, commonly known as 'Chinese manjha', while he was travelling with his family on a motorcycle. The incident occurred near Jag Pravesh Chandra Hospital in the Usmanpur area, prompting a police investigation into the source and use of the hazardous material.
