The Special Cell of the Delhi Police on Friday busted a major espionage network allegedly operated by Pakistan's intelligence agency, the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and the banned outfit Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) and arrested 11 persons connected with it.
