The Madras High Court on Tuesday (January 27) scrapped the previous ruling that awarded a censor certificate to Thalapathy Vijay's final film 'Jana Nayagan'. The honourable court has now referred the case to the concerned authorities for a fresh review as fans continue to await a release date for the Tamil film.
