The bench of Justice Yashwant Varma on Friday sought the response of the Union of India, Delhi Government and AIIMS on the petition of a 30-year-old Cancer patient Poonam challenging the twin requirements. The Court fixed the matter for August 31, 2022, for a detailed hearing.
