Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Bihar and West Bengal today. He will lay the foundation stone and inaugurate multiple development projects worth around Rs 13,000 crore at Gaya in Bihar at around 11 AM, according to the Prime Minister's Office press release. He will also flag off two trains and address the gathering.
