Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took a jibe at Congress MP and Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi and said that if he joined the Bihar election campaign, then the National Democratic Alliance (NDA's) victory would be assured.
