Oracle has appointed Hilary Maxson as CFO, effective April 6, reporting to CEO Clay Magouyrk. Joining from Schneider Electric, Maxson arrives as Oracle sees 20 per cent growth driven by AI and cloud demand. She succeeds Doug Kehring, who returns to market operations, and will lead capital allocation for Oracle’s rapid global infrastructure scaling.
