The Delhi High Court has granted an interim injunction to protect Bollywood superstar Aishwarya Rai Bachchan from unauthorised use of her name, image, and persona. The court barred websites, platforms and AI tools from misusing her identity, deepfakes, or morphed content, citing commercial loss, reputational harm and violations of her dignity.
