‘War 2’ brings Hrithik Roshan back as Kabir, joined by Jr NTR in YRF’s Spy Universe. Despite big-scale ambitions, Ayan Mukerji’s sequel suffers from shoddy VFX, uninspired action, and weak writing. Even the leads’ charisma can’t salvage a bloated, dull narrative that wastes its potential.
