Vineeth Sreenivasan steps away from his comfort zone with Karam, an action thriller about human trafficking set in a fictional foreign land. Despite a fresh setting, Noble Babu Thomas’ stiff performance, inconsistent writing, and misplaced humour prevent this film from delivering the gripping experience it promises.
