Nitin Gadkari informed the Lok Sabha on Monday that 30 percent of driving licenses in India are fake. he Minister even criticised the current system of licensing and penalty system for the traffic violation. He urged the members to pass the Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Bill to reduce the rising number of road accidents that take place every year.
