The EPFO will launch a new mobile app in April 2026 enabling instant PF withdrawals via UPI. Part of the EPFO 3.0 upgrade, the app offers auto-settlement up to INR 5 lakh and real-time balance tracking. 8 crore subscribers can access funds directly using a UPI PIN, significantly reducing the current 3-10 day wait time for claims.
