The last date to file ITR is July 31 and this year there has been no extension in the date. So in case you are wondering to keep it for the last moment, don't do it. If you file your returns after the due date, the Income Tax can penalise you. If you completely forget to file your Income-tax returns, it can also amount to a jail term.
