Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) officials are all set to lose 50 percent of their salaries if the work they are overseeing doesn't meet their deadlines. Most of the work allegedly gets delayed due to delay in clearances, administrative hurdles and interdepartmental lag.
