In a major cyber fraud, at least 12 US citizens were cheated by local cyber criminals operating out of Jamshedpur in Jharkhand, officials said on Wednesday. The matter surfaced when the victims lodged complaints with the US police, which were later forwarded to India’s Ministry of External Affairs.
