The Supreme Court on Monday rebuked the Punjab government for their inability to control stubble burning in the state that is causing a gas chamber like situation in Delhi-NCR area. According to Air Quality Index data, major pollutants PM 2.5 at 215 and PM 10 at 203, were both in the 'poor' category, in Lodhi Road area.
