Man was arrested late Tuesday night following a police encounter in connection with the abduction and murder of a four-year-old girl in the Loni area of Ghaziabad. The suspect, identified as the family's neighbor, allegedly strangled the child after kidnapping her on Monday. The arrest followed a brief shootout with Uttar Pradesh police.
