Gujarat Waqf Board on Friday submitted 45 proposed amendments to the Waqf (Amendment) Bill 2024 during the meeting including representatives from the Gujarat government and the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) which focused on the Union government’s proposed changes to the Waqf Act, which aim to resolve disputes over Waqf properties.
