(NH) 3 between Manali and Kullu has been partially damaged following heavy rainfall in the state. Following the heavy rainfall, several people were stranded in various parts of the state. Twenty-five tourists, including a foreigner, who were stranded for over two days in Kullu without access to food and shelter, were finally rescued on Sunday.
