The Haryana ACB has arrested four people, including former IDFC First Bank officials Ribhav Rishi and Abhay Kumar, for an INR 590-crore fraud. The group allegedly diverted Haryana government funds to a private firm, Swastik Desh Projects. While the bank has repaid the state in full, it remains de-empanelled by the Haryana government.
