IndiGo has announced a significant hike in fuel charges for all new bookings starting April 2, 2026. The decision comes in response to a sharp surge in global aviation turbine fuel (ATF) prices, which have more than doubled over the past month. Passengers can expect to pay additional surcharges ranging from ₹275 to ₹10,000 depending on the flight distance and destination.
