As the water level in all rivers of Jammu division dropped below the danger mark on Friday, relief and rescue operations continued with the Army, Air Force, NDRF, SDRF, J&K Police and other agencies joining hands to mitigate the suffering of thousands of people affected by the unprecedented flood during the past five days.
