Asha Raghu, the 46-year-old Kannada writer and publisher, died by suicide at her residence in Malleswaram today, January 10. Cops said Asha was found hanging inside a room at her home. Asha is survived by her daughter. Her husband, K.C. Raghu, had passed away two years ago. She was the recipient of multiple honours, including the Karnataka Sahitya Akademi Award.
