According to police, the woman, identified as Aishwarya, had married Pradeep Kumar, a veterinarian working in the Animal Husbandry Department, around one-and-a-half years ago. Family members alleged that she faced repeated mental torture and harassment from her husband and mother-in-law after marriage.
