Swamy Swatmanandendra Saraswati, a monk at the Visakha Sri Saradapeetham (SSP), met Uttarakhand chief secretary Om Prakash on Monday to offer the Visakhapatnam-based spiritual centre's services for the forthcoming Kumbh Mela on Monday.
