The Supreme Court will hear the petition filed by Shiv Sena, Congress and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) at 11:30 am on Sunday. The writ petition was filed against the decision of Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshiyari inviting Devendra Fadnavis to take oath as Chief Minister on November 23.
