A high-level inquiry has been ordered after a fire broke out in the B-1 coach of the Thiruvananthapuram–Hazrat Nizamuddin Rajdhani Express near Kota early Sunday morning. Railway authorities said all 68 passengers in the affected coach were evacuated safely and no passenger casualties were reported.
