The Supreme Court has upheld an order passed by the apex court registry in August 2024 refusing to admit a lawyer’s application seeking direction to SEBI to submit its conclusive probe report into the Adani-Hindenburg controversy. Advocate Vishal Tiwari had moved an appeal against the order passed by the Registrar on August 5 last year.
