Supreme Court of India has ordered the employer of a salaried man to deduct â‚ą25,000 monthly from his pay and transfer it directly to his estranged wife. The ruling comes after the husband repeatedly refused to comply with previous court orders to provide maintenance for his wife and their minor daughter.
