While hearing on the Republic TV's petition against the summon issued by the Mumbai Police in the TRP Scam, Supreme Court asked the petitioner's lawyer to move to Bombay HC and said that it was concerned about Mumbai's Police Commissioner giving interviews in relation on the TRP scam.
