Invoking its extraordinary powers under Article 142 to do ācomplete justiceā, the Supreme Court granted relief to a Covid-19 widow, allowing her to settle a bank loan on relaxed terms. The court directed the Central Bank of India to release her homeās title deeds after payment of a reduced amount.
