West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee began an indefinite sit-in protest at Esplanade East on Friday, accusing the Election Commission of India (ECI) of deep-seated bias and systematic disenfranchisement ahead of the state's upcoming Assembly elections. CM alleged that exercise has wrongly classified living citizens as deceased.
