A 23-year-old woman, Pooja Magare, has been arrested for severely injuring her six-year-old stepdaughter with a hot iron rod in a village in Hatkanangale in Maharashtra’s Kolhapur. The incident occurred on Friday when Pooja, upset over the child wetting the bed and snoring used the spatula to burn the girl's neck, lips, and private parts.
