A woman from Assam was arrested in Delhi's Vasant Vihar for driving a Toyota Innova with forged foreign embassy registration plates. Seized ahead of Republic Day, the vehicle was used to gain unchecked access to high-security diplomatic zones. The accused, an all-India political secretary, claimed she used the fake "CD" plates to evade police checks after failing to re-register the car.
