The report further said that there are 45 out of 200 constituencies are red alert constituencies. Red alert constituencies are those where three or more contesting candidates have declared criminal cases against themselves. It said that 48 constituencies in the Rajasthan assembly elections 2018 had three or more candidates with declared criminal cases.
