Defending the Emergency imposed by the Congress party in 1975, Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut on Saturday said that if Atal Bihari Vajpayee had been the PM in a similar situation, then he would have also imposed the Emergency, adding that Balasaheb Thackeray and RSS openly supported the Emergency.
