Lok Sabha leader of Opposition (LoP) Rahul Gandhi on Friday vowed to launch a nationwide stir against the Viksit Bharat - Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (Gramin) (VB- G RAM G) bill, which he claimed was bulldozed through the Parliament without adequate scrutiny and debate.
