Union Textiles Minister Giriraj Singh on Thursday targeted RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, calling him the "Ravan" of Bihar. Addressing a gathering during Dussehra, Singh, the Begusarai MP, said, "Before 2005, 'Ravan' Lalu Prasad Yadav ruled Bihar."
