Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition and senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will arrive in Chennai on May 10 to attend the swearing-in ceremony of C. Joseph Vijay as the new Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. According to official sources, Rahul Gandhi is scheduled to land in Chennai by flight at around 8.40 a.m.
