The long-running debate over the name of Maharashtra capital -- "Mumbai" versus "Bombay" -- has resurfaced after Union Minister of State for Science and Technology Jitendra Singh reportedly remarked at an IIT Mumbai event two days ago: "I thank God that IIT Bombay's name was not changed to IIT Mumbai."
