The bench headed by Chief Justice Indrajit Mohanty concluded the hearings in the case on Tuesday. The rebel Congress MLAs were represented by former Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi and senior advocate Harish Salve. The Congress government was defended in the courtroom by senior lawyer and party leader Abhishek Manu Singhvi.
