An employee at the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office named Jovan Thomas, was fired after he sent a reply-all email to the District Attorney, Brooke Jenkins and her staff with ‘what colour panties you have on.’ According to reports, he sent the email by mistake. However, according to claims, he is now suing the office for defamation and emotional distress over the incident.
