⚔Jasprit Bumrah Smashes Gym Hard in Order to Regain Full Fitness

In his latest post on Twitter, the number-one ranked ODI bowler can be seen doing single-leg box jumping with a slam ball. In the exercise, Bumrah jumps in a box while balancing in one leg and subsequently throws a slam ball hard in the ground. The exercise is performed to enhance core and back strength.
