Ireland are one of the only two teams that appeared at previous T20 World Cup and will be the favourites to start their campaign with a victory against minnows Namibia. Hosts Scotland, on the other, come into the Qualifying tournament on the back of a successful Quadrangular T20I series where they won four of six games.
