The DarkSword spyware has emerged as a major threat to nearly 270 million iPhones running outdated iOS 18 versions. Discovered by Google and cybersecurity firms, the "hit-and-run" malware steals messages, passwords, and crypto-wallet data via infected websites. Apple has urged all users to update to the latest firmware or enable Lockdown Mode to mitigate the risk.
