Apple has reportedly filed a lawsuit against former employee Chen Shi, and accused him of allegedly stealing Apple Watch trade secrets for OPPO. Shi, who worked as a sensor system architect from 2020 to 2025, reportedly accessed confidential documents, shared them with OPPO, and transferred files to a USB drive before leaving the company.
