Dell Technologies reduced its workforce by 10%, or 11,000 employees, in fiscal 2026 to reach a total of 97,000. The company spent $569 million on severance as it prioritizes AI server growth and cost reduction. Despite the layoffs, Dell expects AI revenue to double by 2027 and recently increased its dividend.
