To attract new customers this festive season, state-owned telecommunications provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL on Wednesday offered a "Diwali Bonanza" offer, providing 4G Mobile services at a token money of Re 1 for a period of one month to new customers without any other cost.
